Federico Freire’s career is a testament to discipline, consistency, and an extraordinary ability to transform adversity into a competitive advantage. Developed in the prestigious youth Academy of Vélez Sarsfield, Federico built an international career that took him through the professional leagues of Argentina, Italy (Serie A), Peru, and Andorra, competing for years in high-performance environments.

At 17, just before a Youth World Cup with the Argentina U-17 National Team, his life took a decisive turn when he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). Instead of giving up on his goals, Federico integrated this condition into his professional path, developing a strategic mindset that allowed him to perform at the highest level for over a decade in professional football.

Today, Federico translates that experience from international locker rooms and health management into actionable tools for companies and organizations. He is the creator of the "Proactiva tu Diabetes Tipo 1" program, where he serves as a coach and educational leader, inspiring others to manage their condition with confidence and high-performance goals.
